AMOUR IN provides consultation services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Booking & Payments
If payments are required, all fees will be clearly stated prior to confirmation. Payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies if our services fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMOUR IN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation service.

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of AMOUR IN and may not be reproduced without written permission.
